Fully Automated Control Processes And Flow Technology

Fully automated control processes are the systems that operate the functional aspects of a technology process. This can be a production or engineering process, in these instances the control processes often have some kind of automation.

Using an engineering example, a lot of different tanks, valves, pumps, separators, boosters and some other devices, are connected usually by pipes or conveyor belts. Some flows of different substances pass through them while the properties of these substances undergo numerous changes. This is what is known as flow technology, and this flow technology is controlled using an automated control process. Its stressed that only big plants which have a lot of types of technological equipment have the most complicated control processes.

Flow technologies such as this are used extensively in oil and gas industries, chemistry, power engineering  hydrometallurgy and in other types of heavy industries, manufactures and processing plants.
